Bob Eaton, HOA for Centex responses:
1. The Association does not currently have funds for this capital improvement. {lighting for common area.}
2. The Board is content with the current bids on landscaping and the service of the current landscaper. {landscaping costs}
3. ..."grills are a maintenance nuisance." {grills in the common area}
4. No extra restrictions for the lease/rental properties within GHarbor will be added to the deed restrictions. {additions to the legal documents for rental properties}
5. HOA/Centex will be in touch regarding the pool vote. {Documents were sent out to some of the GH residents to vote for the pool contract with Falcon Point Facilities to continue or cancel.}
Remember, you can voice your opinion to the HOA, Bob Eaton, at 281-870-0585, x-1340; Centex will not turn our HOA over to us for a while yet; so if you have any concerns please give Bob a call.
