Sales Tax Holiday
Texas' annual sales tax holiday is just around the corner. On the weekend of August 15-17, 2008 you will not pay sales tax on most clothing, footwear, and student backpacks. This is a good weekend to get your back to school shopping done at a discount. Many retailers offer good sales to attract buyers and in addition you won't pay tax on exempt items. West Memorial Elementary PTA
