We just wanted to make you aware that there have been reports of a car cruising the neighborhood at night between 2am and 4am. If you notice any activity please try to obtain a license plate that we can pass on to the sherriff's department.

I know that the paper delivery guy drives by around those times. He plays his music pretty loud. He was driving a dark SUV type vehicle when I saw him last. Could this be the same person? If so then he is just annoying but harmless. I have thought of contacting the paper to complain but haven't done it yet.
